What are your Basic Client Requirements?
 
  • Social personality.
  • Current on vaccinations. Rabies certificate required.
  • Must be on some form of flea and tick protection.
  • Must have a collar, an I.D. tag or Microchip.
  • Ability to accept that they will be well taken care of AKA: Spoiled!
   
What is included in the pet Visits and Overnight Service?
  Every pet parent has different needs so during our initial consultation we will work together to create a custom pet and home care plan just for you! Otherwise your pet will be fed according to your instructions. All pets receive special attention whether it is favorite toy playtime, walking for dogs, or brushing for cats. Litter box cleaning and yard cleaned of dog waste. Medications are given according to your instructions, including insulin shots. Plants watered. Mail and newspaper brought in, and trash to curb on trash day. House lights alternated and vehicles moved for appearance if desired.
   
What is included in basic dog training?
  Every dog has special needs. We will sit down and evaluate the needs together and agree to the preferred commands to be taught while on the daily walks. Some basic commands are: Sit, Wait, Stay, Easy, Heel, Come, Go, Your Special Potty Command, Leave it, Down, Off, Watch me, and Good. With practice you will be amazed and see what a difference that they make in your dogs’ development and behavior.
   
What holidays are you off? Do you schedule on these days?
  We do have holidays where we will try and not schedule services. We observe only national holidays. If we agree to work on a holiday it is subject to special holiday rates that will be discussed in advance with our Clients. Payment for scheduled holidays is due 7 days prior to service. Our holidays are:
